On the perimeter of sites audited by XiTi, Google continues to go it virtually alone in the field of web search.
The barometer XiTi search engines after another month after month and the finding is almost always the same, cold and implacable for competition. Google reigns supreme undisputed.

For the month of May 2008, all over 90000 sites audited by XiTi, Google registered a share of visits by 90.33% and the highest increase compared to April. The competition continues to pull the language, unable to follow the soaring Google. Yahoo! displays a small ironing 2.90% below 3%, while Microsoft’s Live Search is credited with 2.45%. The increase for Google, and therefore downwards to its closest competitors.
